Christmas Espresso Martini
Tis the Christmas season, and everyone is running around ragged being holly and or jolly, so I made a drink that riffs on the Espresso Martini but makes it festive. I started by thinking of a drink that tastes like peppermint bark and coffee to give that Christmas feel, and a little umph. Later to find out is already a thing from Starbucks called a peppermint mocha, but hey mine has booze in it so I am running with it. I am calling it the Christmas Espresso Martini. It’s sweeter and stronger than it’s predecessor subbing out Vodka with Rumplemintz, splitting the coffee liquor with chocolate by adding Crème De Cacao, and keeping the espresso/cold brew concentrate to make sure the coffee punch is still present.
Christmas Espresso Martini
- 1.5 oz Rumplemintz
- 1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
- .75 oz Mr Black coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Crème De Cacao
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
